Please note that all colors or all items may not be in stock at all times. In stock items are shipped within five (5) business days. If an item you ordered is not in stock it will be shipped within two (2) weeks. Please contact customer service for availability.

Purchase:
We accept online payments using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please contact us via email or telephone to send money order, cashiers check or personal check. Orders placed with personal checks are held until check clears.

Returns:
No cash refunds or exchanges on custom orders or large quantity orders. All returned items will be charged a 25% restock charge. We will gladly exchange stock items at no restock charge. Additional shipping charges will apply. All refunds/exchanges are subject to approval of management. Notification must be made via email to rainbow.feathers@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Delivery:
Orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. For next day service, please call or contact Customer Service at rainbow.feathers@hotmail.com. All orders shipped outside the United States must contact Customer Service at rainbow.feathers@hotmail.com.
